We deliver buildings without floors to be placed straight on your prepared foundation. Floorless models are offered for the same price as a garage with a floor. Why not cheaper? Because we build the floorless models with modifications in labor, materials and construction. This assures durability through transport and delivery with years of service. These modifications are equal to the cost of a floor.

Will the wood floor on my prefab garage support a motorcycle or car?
Absolutely! Our portable garages have the floor joists 12” on center which are covered by ¾” flooring to support the weight of a motorcycle, ATV, car, or small acreage tractor. If you would rather have a concrete floor, you can pour a concrete pad and order your garage without a floor, and we will anchor it to your concrete foundation.
Do overhead garage doors come with an opener?
Our pre-built garages come without a garage door opener.
Do you offer any two story garages?
Sorry we currently do not offer any full two-story garages at this time. However, we do offer a prefab garage with a loft area which increases storage capacity significantly.
Do you build custom garages?
All of our garages are available in multiple sizes, and can be customized in many ways. If none of the standard garage sizes work for you, please contact us with your specific requirements.
